<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Head of Primary in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing July 2026, or an alternative date to be mutually agreed upon.</p> <p>The Head of Primary at Living Faith is a passionate, driven, organised and adaptable person with a heart for mission and service.&nbsp;</p> <p>As we expand into secondary education from 2027 and purposefully pursue our strategic directions, this strategic leadership role requires initiative and adaptability, qualities that will be crucial to achieving our school’s vision.</p> <p>The Head of Primary will demonstrate strong pastoral care, service learning, strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. You will be self-driven, able to work independently with initiative, and able to take direction.</p> <p>The Head of Primary requires a high level of competence in a wide range of areas, including pastoral care, daily organisation and operational management, masterplanning, people and culture management, communications, project planning, and change management skills. Experience in the operations and culture of a school environment are essential. An active involvement in the life of the school is required. Your ability to uphold the ethos of the school and support the teaching of the Lutheran Church of Australia must be demonstrated.</p> <p>At Living Faith Lutheran Primary School, we believe every child should be known and loved.
