Avila College is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide a high level of customer service to the College students, staff and parents.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic problem solver, with experience as a Helpdesk Technician demonstrating a high level of customer service.</p> <p>The Helpdesk Technician works in collaboration with a small team to provide a high level of customer service to the College students, staff and parents.</p> <p>This role will appeal if you enjoy developing relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and possess a strong client service orientation. This role involves a high degree of interaction with Years 7 to 12 students in relation to Macbook queries, together with troubleshooting a variety of issues, multi tasking across priorities and facilitating requests from college staff regarding hardware and software/multi function devices.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have demonstrated IT experience across a broad IT environment.
