We are dedicated to a learning culture of innovation and excellence and in supporting our students to become confident, curious and resilient learners, and as such have become a destination school in the Belconnen region.</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Debt Collection Finance Officer manages the administration of College family debtor accounts, including issuing invoices and statements, responding to fee enquiries, and following up outstanding balances. It ensures accurate account reconciliation, monitors accounts receivable ageing, and supports timely end‑of‑period reporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager, Business Manager, and Principal, the role prepares concession applications, negotiates payment arrangements where required, and escalates unresolved matters appropriately.
