<p>Lutheran Education South Australia, Northern Territory, and Western Australia (LESNW) is seeking an <strong>Early Childhood Education and Care Director (ECECD)</strong> to support and guide high-quality, Christ鈥慶entred early years education across our schools and services.</p> <p>We are looking for a relational, forward鈥憈hinking leader who is passionate about:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strengthening quality and sustainability</strong> across early years education and care.</li> <li><strong>Guiding services through legislation, regulation, and sector best practice.</strong></li> <li><strong>Building leadership capability</strong> by working collaboratively with principals, directors, and educators.</li> <li><strong>Supporting continuous improvement</strong> and effective day鈥憈o鈥慸ay service operations.</li> <li><strong>Navigating complex regulatory and funding environments</strong> with clarity and confidence.</li> <li><strong>Ensuring children experience high-quality, Christ鈥慶entred programs</strong> that nurture learning, wellbeing, and faith formation.</li> </ul> <p>If you are looking to use your experience and expertise to shape the future of early childhood education within a values鈥慸riven, mission鈥慺ocused organisation, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p>Applications close 5.00pm Monday 30 March 2026.
