<p><strong>Wattle Grove, Sydney NSW</strong><br><strong>Full Time | $90,000 – $95,000 + Super</strong></p> <p>🌟 <strong>We’re Hiring: Nominated Supervisor</strong></p> <p>Our early learning service in Wattle Grove is looking for a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and support high-quality education and care for children.</p> <p>About the Service</p> <ul> <li>45-place centre</li> <li>4 rooms &amp; two outdoor learning spaces</li> <li>Supportive and motivated team environment</li> </ul> <p>Salary<br> $90,000 – $95,000 per year + superannuation (negotiable based on experience)<br> Performance-based bonus incentives available.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage daily centre operations</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)</li> <li>Support and mentor educators</li> <li>Oversee staffing, enrolments, and resources</li> <li>Build strong relationships with families and the community</li> <li>Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment</li> </ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or higher)</li> <li>Minimum 5 years experience in early childhood education and care</li> <li>1+ year experience in a leadership role (or similar)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of NQF, National Regulations &amp; National Quality Standards</li> <li>Current WWCC, Child Protection and safety training</li> <li>Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma &amp; Anaphylaxis certificates</li> <li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li> </ul> <p>What We Offer<br> ✨ Supportive, experienced management team<br> ✨ Friendly and motivated team environment<br> ✨ Reduced childcare fees<br> ✨ Career advancement opportunities<br> ✨ Performance bonus incentives</p>
