<p><br><strong>Duties included but not limited to:</strong></p> <p>- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre &amp; Outside School Hours Care are monitored and maintained and that regular reporting to the Principal is provided;</p> <p>- Operate the Centre within agreed policies and procedures that ensures compliance<br> to all relevant laws and regulations;</p> <p>- To support staff in providing a quality program that identifies the needs and interests<br> of children in care;</p> <p>- Supplement staff team by providing direct care to a group of children.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education;</p> <p>- Hold a current NT Working with Children Card;</p> <p>- Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate;</p> <p>- Demonstrated leadership experience in an early years setting;</p> <p>- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff including encouraging<br> parental participation;</p> <p>- Be responsible in working collaboratively with the Principal in the implementation and evaluation of quality programs for each child that is based on the children鈥檚 strengths and interests;</p> <p>- Proficiency in the use of computers and technologies.</p> <p><strong><u>This role does not offer sponsorship.</u></strong></p>
