<p>St Peter鈥檚 Primary school in Epping is seeking a passionate Learning Support Officer to work in our school.</p> <p>The position classified under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022 as Education Support Category B.&nbsp;</p> <p>The hours of employment for this position will be spread over 5 days 9-1.30pm.</p> <p>This position will commence as soon as possible.</p> <p>KEY SELECTION CRITERIA</p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <p>demonstrate a passion for working with children.</p> <p>demonstrate a capacity to work collaboratively and support the needs of children with a range of learning difficulties.</p> <p>demonstrate a willingness and capacity to work with students with learning and/or social-emotional challenges.</p> <p>possess a high level of patience and emotional maturity to support students with significant learning or behavioural challenges.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Previous experience will be taken into consideration but is not a prerequisite.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check, Police check and is expected to comply with the school鈥檚 Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.</p> <p>Application Procedure</p> <p>Applicants should complete a letter of application addressing the Key Selection Criteria and the required application form with the names of at least two referees and submit by email to: <a href="mailto:principal@stprepp.catholic.edu.au?subject=Learning%20Support%20Officer%20%20position%20%28via%20Teachers%20On%20Net%29">principal@stprepp.catholic.edu.au</a></p>
