The ICT Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for staff across schools and offices, providing friendly and responsive ICT support. You will handle calls and service requests, resolve issues at first contact where possible, and escalate more complex matters to specialist ICT teams.

You will handle calls and service requests, resolve issues at first contact where possible, and escalate more complex matters to specialist ICT teams.</p> <p>Working within established service management processes, you will use the IT service management system to manage incidents and requests, contribute to knowledge articles, and support continuous improvement of service desk operations. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role suits someone who enjoys helping others and takes ownership of issues.</p> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The ICT team supports schools and offices through service desk, field services, infrastructure, cyber security, business systems, applications and data services.
