<p><strong>Operations Project Coordinator</strong></p>
<p><strong> 1.0 FTE Full Time Ongoing</strong></p>
<p>Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to lead, coordinate and deliver operational, building and maintenance projects across our statewide network of schools and corporate facilities.</p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity to support the long鈥憈erm sustainability and safety of educational environments for thousands of students and staff.</p>
<p>As a key member of the Capital Planning and Infrastructure team, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate a wide range of operations, maintenance and facility management projects across CET sites.</li>
<li>Oversee contracts, budgets, compliance programs and on鈥慻round project delivery.</li>
<li>Lead essential safety, maintenance and compliance programs including statutory maintenance, asbestos management, tree and playground safety, electrical and glazing compliance, energy鈥慹fficiency initiatives, and evacuation and emergency readiness.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with schools, contractors, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide high-level technical advice to school leaders and staff.</li>
<li>Contribute to strategic asset management and long鈥憈erm planning.</li>
</ul>
<p>Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.</li>
<li>Advanced digital capability, including proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and facility/asset management systems.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.</li>
<li>Sound judgement, decision鈥憁aking capability and the confidence to work au兔子先生omously.</li>
<li>Strong problem鈥憇olving skills with initiative, innovation and a solutions鈥慺ocused approach.</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li>
<li>Effective collaboration, consultation and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Financial literacy, including budgeting and forecasting capability.</li>
</ul>
