We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support teacher. This is a part-time (3 days per week) maternity leave position, commencing Term 2.

<p>Applications are invited from&nbsp;qualified primary school teachers, preferably with experience or qualifications supporting students with additional needs, who are interested in working in a Christian school committed to explicit instruction and high expectations of student effort and behaviour. Located in the Hills District in Sydney’s northwest, the College has modern facilities, is very well resourced and can be easily accessed by car or the Metro Northwest rail.</p> <p><strong>Teaching and Learning</strong></p> <p>Provide small group, one on one and classroom support for K-2 students with additional learning needs:</p> <ul> <li>Numeracy and literacy support focusing on Kindergarten to Year 2 with some support in Stage 2 and 3</li> <li>NCCD evidence and data collection&nbsp;</li> <li>Supporting teachers with students who have diverse learning needs&nbsp;</li> <li>Classroom teacher guidance for differentiation practices&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Involvement in College activities and events including:</p> <ul> <li>Contributing to the student wellbeing program and extra-curricular activities.</li> <li>Attending chapel, assemblies and other College activities.</li> <li>Undertaking rostered playground or supervision duties.</li> <li>Attending College events, including parent teacher meetings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Contract</strong></p> <p>This is a 3 day per week, 12-month maternity leave position that will commence on the first day of Term 2 (20/4/26) and conclude at the end of Term 1 2027.&nbsp;</p> <p>All teachers at RHAC are employed under the Independent Schools Standards Model Multi Enterprise Agreement (MEA). The MEA outlines teacher’s salaries and their employment rights and responsibilities.
