The Digital Learning & Technology Coordinator is a P–12 specialist role that drives the effective use of digital technologies across the College. Working collaboratively with teachers, curriculum leaders and IT staff, this role focuses on building staff capability, supporting digital pedagogy, and ensuring a cohesive and innovative digital learning environment.

We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and innovative environment where both students and staff can thrive.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>You will act as a key advisor and facilitator, helping staff confidently use educational and administrative technologies to improve student engagement and learning outcomes, while aligning digital initiatives with the College’s strategic goals.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate strategies to integrate digital tools and resources into classroom practice across P–12, without a teaching load.</li> <li>Design, deliver and coordinate coaching, training and professional learning to build staff digital capability and confidence.</li> <li>Support staff in selecting and using appropriate educational technologies, platforms and applications, including Microsoft 365/Teams, Toddle, TASS and other online learning subscriptions.</li> <li>Partner with curriculum leaders and teaching teams to embed effective digital learning practices into units of work and assessment.</li> <li>Develop, curate and maintain clear, accessible online resources, guides and documentation to support staff in their digital learning journey.</li> <li>Provide first‑level guidance and support for classroom technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended/online learning approaches, in collaboration with the IT team.</li> <li>Work with College leadership to align digital learning and technology initiatives with the College’s strategic priorities and change management processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience integrating technology into learning or organisational contexts to enhance outcomes (education sector experience highly regarded).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of digital pedagogy, educational platforms and emerging technologies, and how they can support P–12 teaching and learning.</li> <li>Experience coaching, mentoring, or training adults in the effective use of digital tools and systems.</li> <li>Technical proficiency in Learning Management Systems and digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365/Teams, Toddle, TASS or similar).</li> <li>High-level collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teaching, support and IT teams.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and adapt quickly to new technologies.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to support staff through change and clearly explain digital concepts to non‑technical users.</li> <li>Strategic thinking and the ability to align digital and technology initiatives with whole-of-school goals.</li> <li>A commitment to continuous professional learning and staying up to date with best practice in educational technology and digital learning.</li> </ul> <p>Teaching qualifications or experience are <strong>welcomed but not essential </strong>for this non‑teaching position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
