Front office administration position for a short-term replacement period commencing as soon as possible. Working in the Primary Years area, assisting with first aid, attendance records and liaising with parents and staff.
<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>Are you interested in working in a dynamic administration team? This replacement position is for the remainder of the 2026 school year starting as soon as possible, working at the front desk of the Primary Years precinct. Applicants who have a passion to assist in student organisation that focuses on student first aid, attendance records, liaising with parents and staff are encouraged to apply.</p>
<p>This position is five (5) days per week, working 7.5 hours per day, during term time with limited school holiday work.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You have a passion for assisting in student organisation, applying a variety of skill sets – data entry, general administration, customer service, and first aid.</p>
<p>You will be part of a dynamic Administration Team in a learning environment that supports students with diverse needs and backgrounds. </p>
<p>You possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community.</p>
