<p><strong>Head of Campus - St Francis Flexible School - Northwest Campus</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Fixed-Term, Full-time (5+5)</strong></li> <li><strong>Start date: July 2026</strong></li> <li><strong>End Date: December 2031</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT US</strong></p> <p>EREA Flexible Schools Ltd currently educates over 2,000 young people in 21 Flexible Learning Schools (12 based in Queensland and 9 other schools across Australia) and two Special Education Services Schools in Sydney. Flexi schools serve young people who experience complex educational, social or psychological situations which demand unique responses.</p> <p>St Francis Flexible School will offer a full-time and multiyear secondary education program for young people who have disengaged from mainstream schooling. Young people typically express a broad range of complex education and social needs, and Flexible Schools respond with a variety of flexible and innovative teaching and learning practices, including vocational planning and the development of social connectedness.</p> <p>The purpose of an Edmund Rice Education Flexible School is to provide young people with a varied and holistic set of learning experiences which enable them to identify and pursue an individual transition to adulthood, employment, further education and training and social connectedness.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Edmund Rice Education Australia operates St Francis Flexible School Hobart in Tasmania, and its newly established Northwest campus (located in Wynyard) initiative in partnership with Catholic Education Tasmania.</p> <p>Each Flexi School has a Head of Campus who has delegated responsibility from the Principal and Regional Director for the day-to-day management and leadership of the campus.
