This role combines face-to-face classroom teaching with pedagogical leadership, focusing on the seamless integration of ICT and STEM across the K-6 curriculum.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</i></p> <ul> <li><strong>Curriculum Integration</strong>: Lead and upskill teachers through co-teaching to implement the ICT Capability Scope and Sequence across the Junior School.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Instructional Design:</strong> Research and pilot emerging learning technologies to develop creative, evidence-driven ways to improve student outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Co-Curricular Leadership:</strong> Manage Junior School STEM clubs and guide students and staff through technology-related competition programs.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Professional Learning:</strong> Design and deliver innovative e-learning training for staff, students, and parents to maximise the use of school platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Digital Citizenship:</strong> Develop and promote evidence-based cybersafety awareness and ethical ICT practices throughout the school community.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Strategic Representation:</strong> Model best-practice pedagogy and represent the College as a leader in technology integration at community and STEM events.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><i>Selection Criteria:&nbsp;</i></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Extensive experience with diverse educational apps and learning platforms (SIS/LMS).&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Leadership Ability:</strong> Proven track record in mentoring colleagues and leading professional development.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultural groups and school departments.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Organisation:</strong> Excellent administrative and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p>A detailed Role Statement is available on the website when you click through to apply online.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will need to provide a Working With Children Check Clearance Number and date of birth.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Applications close COB Monday 16th March 2026</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>The School will consider applications as they are received and therefore we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
