Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li> <li dir="ltr">salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li dir="ltr">up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li dir="ltr">ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li dir="ltr">Fitness Passport, wellbeing products and more</li> <li dir="ltr">generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As part of the <strong>Learning Support Team</strong> you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum.</p> <p dir="ltr">To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li> <li dir="ltr">a well developed level of literacy and numeracy</li> <li dir="ltr">experience and confidence in working with COMPASS the Google platform for purposes of NCCD</li> <li dir="ltr">strong organisational and administrative skills in particular for meeting organisations for parents and teachers</li> <li dir="ltr">ability to update assessment details for YARC, NAPLAN and Assessments</li> <li dir="ltr">experience in working collaboratively with school counsellors</li> <li dir="ltr">a cooperative nature and enthusiastic approach to working with young people</li> <li dir="ltr">ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li> <li dir="ltr">excellent communication skills</li> <li dir="ltr">ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li> <li dir="ltr">a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students</li> <li dir="ltr">a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Application Process</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Please click on the 'Apply' but兔子先生 and follow the steps to submit your application.
