<p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Provide supportive guidance to students and collaborate with teachers to implement learning plans</li> <li>Create and coordinate engaging group activities and learning projects</li> <li>Support students' wellbeing and academic progress through personalised assistance</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of student development and progress</li> <li>Work collaboratively with families, teachers and specialist professionals</li> <li>Foster an inclusive, welcoming and safe learning environment</li> <li>Participate in professional development and training opportunities</li> </ul> <p>What you'll need</p> <ul> <li>4+ years experience supporting diverse learners in an educational setting</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Understanding of inclusive education practices and student wellbeing</li> <li>Experience with behaviour support and student engagement strategies</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li> <li>Current Working with Children Check</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining privacy and data security standards</li> </ul> <p>About Inventorium</p> <p>Inventorium delivers a range of learning opportunities for students who may not thrive in mainstream settings.
