<li>Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and our Vision of <i>Authentic professional Catholic education delivered with care and compassion</i></li>
<li><i><strong>Able to teach any language at a Primary School level. All languages will be considered for the right candidate.</strong></i></li>
<li>Willingness to engage actively in the liturgical life of the small parish school community and to build strong links with the local Parish.</li>
<li>Capacity to contribute to the school鈥檚 Continuous Improvement Cycle and a commitment to collaborative coaching and student achievement.</li>
<li>Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners.</li>
<li>Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students.</li>
<li>Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments, with an understanding of positive student welfare practices.</li>
<li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning.</li>
