This position plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to learning for all students through targeted, evidence-based interventions that promote growth, confidence and inclusion.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy and numeracy interventions using structured, evidence-based programs.</li> <li>Collaborate with teachers, Learning Support Officers (LSOs) and the Educational Data Specialist to identify students requiring support and monitor their progress.</li> <li>Provide coaching and guidance to staff to strengthen differentiated and inclusive classroom practices.</li> <li>Communicate regularly with families to share progress and celebrate growth.</li> <li>Contribute to a culture of data-informed teaching and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>ABOUT YOU<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>You are a dedicated educator with expertise in literacy and/or numeracy intervention and a genuine commitment to inclusion. You combine a data-driven mindset with warmth, empathy and strong communication skills, fostering confidence and independence in every learner.</p> <p>You will also have:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in Education and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)</li> <li>Demonstrated experience delivering targeted literacy and/or numeracy interventions</li> <li>Understanding of Tiered Intervention Models (MTSS/RTI)</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li> </ul> <p>Desirable:</p> <ul> <li>Accreditation to Teach Religious Education (or willingness to obtain)</li> <li>Familiarity with programs such as MacqLit, MiniLit, or numeracy diagnostics including PAT-M and Box of Facts</li> </ul> <p>APPLICATION PROCESS</p> <p>Applications must be made through the College website and include:</p> <ol> <li>a cover letter</li> <li>a resume</li> </ol> <p>and can be addressed to Ms Anna Negro, Principal.</p> <p>Applications sent direct to the college, or submitted through external websites such as Seek, LinkedIn etc will not be accepted.</p> <p>Applications&nbsp; close at 9:00 AM, Friday 31 October 2025</p>
