We are seeking a highly experienced and organised, strategic leader to join our team as the Director of College Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overarching operational management of the College, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of all activities.
<p>You will lead the operational team and take ownership of critical functions, including:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Develop and manage the College calendar, ensuring all events and activities align with our vision.</li>
<li><strong>Daily Operations:</strong> Oversee the College timetable and daily organisation team, to ensure appropriate coverage for all classes and duties.</li>
<li><strong>Event Coordination:</strong> Organise and execute major College events, from assemblies to parent evenings in conjunction with appropriate staff.</li>
<li><strong>Risk & Compliance:</strong> Work closely with the Risk and Compliance Manager to implement and oversee safety procedures and emergency management.</li>
<li><strong>Staffing:</strong> Collaborate with HR to proactively plan for staffing needs and assist with communications regarding ongoing staff allocation.</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and be committed to the Catholic ethos and Lasallian tradition of the College.</p>
<p><strong>This is a two-year Position of Leadership appointment, commencing January 2026.</strong></p>
