<p>With current Principal James Heyne completing his tenure at the end of 2025, there is a unique opportunity for a Principal to lead the school to remain a thriving educational leader in the rapidly growing and developing Mount Barker region.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to the Board, the Principal鈥檚 key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>providing faith-aligned leadership that embodies and promotes the Christ-centred Lutheran values and ethos of the School;</li> <li>leading, motivating and developing high performing educational, operational and support staff, with a strong focus on wellbeing across the school community;</li> <li>building deep, authentic relationships with staff, students, parents, key stakeholders and the wider community;</li> <li>developing and implementing curriculum enhancements and achieving strategic objectives through structured planning processes;</li> <li>living and modelling the Lutheran values and ethos as an authentic expression of faith-based education;</li> <li>overseeing the development and maintenance of contemporary educational facilities while ensuring sound governance of financial and physical resources.</li> </ul>
