Arndell Anglican College seeks a Leader of Learning – Stage 2 (Term 1, 2026) to drive teaching excellence, student growth, and collaborative Stage 2 leadership.

<p>Arndell Anglican College is a vibrant, P-12 Christ-centred learning community, through which Jesus is made known.&nbsp; The College prides itself on our high-quality pastoral care, academic development, and Christian programs.&nbsp; For our staff this means that we are driven by a passion to know who we are as a community and to do what we do well.</p> <p>Situated on 30 acres between Rouse Hill and Windsor, Arndell caters for a growing population of almost 1300 students – with over 500 in Junior School (Prep to Year 6) and just under 800 in Secondary School (Years 7 to 12).&nbsp; Students are encouraged to grow in their individual abilities and interests within a learning environment that promotes optimism, respect, and ownership.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Invitation</strong></p> <p>Arndell Anglican College invites applications for the position of <strong>Leader of Learning – Stage 2</strong>, commencing Term 1 2026.</p> <p>The Leader of Learning is responsible for fostering student learning growth and development, leading improvement in pedagogical practice, facilitating the design of high quality, engaging and inclusive educational programs, supporting student wellbeing and inspiring a lifelong appreciation of learning.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Junior School, the Leader of Learning will collaborate with the Junior School Leadership Team, other teaching staff, specialist teaching staff, the Diverse Learning Team and the Wellbeing Team to support student growth – intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.&nbsp;In particular the Leader of Learning will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Stage pedagogy, programming, and assessment that focuses on student growth and achievement whilst considering differentiation and learning adjustments for all students.</li> <li>Teach an assigned Stage 2 class, delivering high quality content to students that is engaging and accessible to students with a wide range of learning abilities and styles.</li> <li>Provide students with clear and fair assessment, including regular, constructive feedback.</li> <li>Manage the application and monitoring of the College Discipline Policy, the Junior School Positive Behaviour Guidelines, Student Behaviour Support Plans, and Student Risk Assessments.</li> <li>As a leader, you will guide and mentor your Stage team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on growth, innovation, and excellence in teaching and learning.
