St Michael's Primary School invites applications from highly motivated, innovative, and passionate leaders for the position of Numeracy Leader to begin Term 1 2026. A commitment to the MACS 2030 Strategic Plan, the Vision of Instruction, and the Vision of Engagement is required. Experience in leading Numeracy improvement and a deep knowledge of the Launch, Explore, Summarise Pedagogy is preferred.

To find out more about how CEM handles personal information, you are encouraged to read the CEM Privacy Policy.</p> <p>The Numeracy Leader will be a leader who enhances the culture of the school through clear communication and positive relationships.</p> <p>The Maths Intervention Specialist will lead and establish protocols in order to provide an effective Maths Intervention program throughout the school.</p> <p>The successful candidate will lead in partnership with the Principal and School Improvement Team to fulfill the vision of the school. As a leader in our school, the Numeracy Leader develops respectful, collaborative relationships through engaged and purposeful learning that contributes to confident, risk-taking, and reflective learners who strive for excellence.</p> <p>This is an ongoing position; the Numeracy Leader role will be offered as a contracted position in line with the two-yearly POL application process. The time fraction allocated to this position can be negotiated.</p> <p>This position requires the successful candidate to be a member of St Michael's School Improvement Team.</p> <p>We are seeking a Leader who is committed to leading in a faith community with Christ at its centre.
