The School has an exemplary Chaplaincy program and is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Christian educator to join our team of committed and professional staff. This role could be part-time by negotiation.
<p><strong>Who will the successful applicant be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>An authentic Christian life, lived with integrity</li>
<li>Theological training at Diploma level or above</li>
<li>Experience at working with young people, preferably in a school setting and ideally through teacher training and experience</li>
<li>Ability to teach, lead, engage, communicate and connect the Gospel of Jesus with students K-6</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with others in design and implementation of Chapel programs and Christian Development classroom curriculum.</li>
<li>Capacity to deal with issues of apologetics related to blockers of faith, commonly expressed by adolescents</li>
<li>Ability to review Christian Development and oversee Christian integration across K-6</li>
<li>Willingness to work beyond school hours, including co-curricular</li>
