<p>The Learning Innovation Strategist – Literacy (VM) will lead the Literacy curriculum and innovation of the Personal Development Skills (PDS) portfolio across both campuses. </p>
<p>Reporting to the Principal, the LIS - Literacy role is responsible for shaping curriculum design and documentation across both campuses, integrating digital platforms and leveraging AI-enhanced learning to re-engage diverse learners. The role oversees program coherence and compliance (including VCE/VET coordination), implements targeted interventions, mentors staff in high-impact, differentiated practice, and drives improvement through data, feedback and reflective cycles - ensuring consistency, alignment and innovation across both campuses.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:</p>
<ul>
<li>inspire teams through evidence-informed leadership and relational coaching. </li>
<li>Design VCE-VM/VPC Literacy and PDS learning sequences and maintain VCAA-ready documentation. </li>
<li>Embed differentiated, trauma-informed pedagogy for neurodiverse learners. </li>
<li>Leverage digital platforms and AI tools to amplify engagement. </li>
<li>Lead data-informed evaluation and continuous improvement cycles.</li>

<p>Offered as a permanent full-time teaching position (0.5 teaching load) with a 3 year contractual position of responsibility and commencing January 2026 (or by negotiation), eligible applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be VIT registered.</p>
