<p>Wollemi College is an independent boys' school teaching the Catholic faith, situated on 10 hectares in WerringÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú, in Sydney's west. To be successful in this role, you will need to confidently demonstrate the following:</p> <ul> <li>Suitable tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience providing teaching of English across Stages 4-6.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.</li> <li>Capacity to differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.</li> <li>Capability in introducing and, where required, executing ideas to enhance our Secondary school.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Personally, you will be able to offer:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to positively manage students’ classroom behaviour and manage pastoral care issues with effective discussion and processes with staff, students, and parents.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and a commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills.</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to establish a professional rapport with students, staff, and the school community at all levels</li> <li>Highly ethical and professional behaviour and standards.</li> <li>Understanding of, and support for the Vision, Mission, Values and ethos of the school.</li> </ul> <p>The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check and appropriate NESA accreditation.</p> <p><i>Pared is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment.
