<p>We’re seeking an Inclusion Teacher to join our team from January 2026. This is a permanent <strong>0.6FTE position</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Inclusion Teacher plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those on ICPs, ISPs, EAL/D programs, and enrichment pathways. In this role you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with teachers, families, and leaders to design and implement personalised learning and support plans</li>
<li>Support the development, monitoring, and compliance of ICPs, ISPs, and NCCD evidence</li>
<li>Assist with EAL/D assessment and targeted learning programs</li>
<li>Contribute to enrichment and extension programs for gifted and talented learners</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with families, students, and staff to ensure every child feels seen and supported</li>
</ul>

<p>You are a Christian educator who is:</p>
<ul>
<li>Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every student’s growth</li>
<li>Skilled in curriculum design, NCCD, adjustments, and evidence-based teaching strategies</li>
<li>Collaborative, adaptable, and able to form strong partnerships with families and colleagues</li>
<li>Excited to be part of a school that leads with faith, love, and integrity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent</li>
<li>Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration</li>
<li>Accreditation (or capacity to gain accreditation) with Lutheran Education Australia</li>
