<p>At Global Village Learning we are not following the same old script. We are writing a new story for education. With 240 learners, including 40 passionate Guides, our campus spans ages 4 to 20 through four Developmental Learning Hubs: Foundations &amp; Play (4-8yrs), Exploration &amp; Discovery (7-12yrs), Entrepreneurship &amp; Social Impact (11-16yrs) and Pathways &amp; Futures (15-20yrs). Young people lead the way here, supported by adults who walk beside them. Learning is driven by curiosity, real-world challenges and authentic contribution, not bells, grades or rigid systems. This is a place where creativity thrives, relationships matter, and community is everything. We are seeking a courageous leader to join us, not to run a school, but to co-create a learning village.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Head of Campus is a steward, facilitator and collaborator. The focus is on people, not systems; on leadership through relationships, not authority and power. This role invites someone who can hold space for a thriving, human-centred culture grounded in our shared values, EDventurous Design Principles and commitment to community.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role invites someone who can walk alongside learners, guides, families and the wider community in cultivating a vibrant and purposeful campus culture. You will bring our vision to life: empowering learners to build communities that positively impact the world. Leaning into our Growth and Impact Framework (Agency, Mastery, Community Connection), you will enjoy supporting courageous conversations and helping to guide others through complexity and change. You will embrace our EDventurous Design Principles: Personalised+, Empowered, Action-Based, Connected, Organic and Adventurous. This work is relational, grounded and evolving. The real leadership happens in conversation, co-creation and care.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead teams in complex non-traditional settings</li> <li>Operationalise the strategy daily &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead complex wellbeing situations, providing consistent and emotionally grounded guidance to the community</li> <li>Lead inclusively, celebrating and nurturing diversity &nbsp;</li> <li>confidently embrace and communicate the GVL values and educational philosophy</li> </ul> <p>Offered as a 5-year contract commencing Term 1, 2026 (or earlier by negotiation), applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be a registered VIT teacher.</p> <p>Global Village Learning staff comply with the school’s child safety policies and related procedures, upholding legislative frameworks to protect children from abuse.
