We expect our teachers to be committed to their own professional development and to want to make a contribution to the broader educational community.</p> <p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <ul> <li>Teach and aspire to the standards articulated in the Wenona Effective Teaching Cycle in collaboration with our team of professional educators.</li> <li>Planning and implementing authentic assessments that inform teaching and learning.</li> <li>Nurturing each individual by supporting the social and emotional wellbeing needs of young students.</li> <li>Collaborating and contributing to a team and faculty of professional educators.</li> <li>Utilising ICT to facilitate and enrich student learning and engagement beyond the classroom.</li> </ul> <p>We are seeking Permanent Full-Time positions for 2026.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role you will be passionate about education and creative and adaptable in your approach as you support and engage each child. Having experience with the International Baccalaureate and Primary Years Program philosophy and pedagogy would be advantageous. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with and build strong positive relationships with members of the school community including other staff, students and parents.
