This position involves leading curriculum development, ensuring programs are aligned with school priorities, and supporting staff with evidence-based strategies that make a real impact in the classroom. The role provides leadership through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning, empowering teachers to reflect on their practice and continually grow in their profession. They work collaboratively with colleagues to build consistency in pedagogy, assessment, and reporting, while also encouraging innovation and creativity in the way learning experiences are designed. By analysing student data and monitoring progress, the Teaching and Learning coordinator identifies opportunities for growth and celebrates achievements that enhance both teaching and learning.
