<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Marist Catholic College North Shore</strong>'s values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br><br>
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li>
<li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>experience working in administration</li>
<li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li>
<li>ability to work effectively both au兔子先生omously and as part of a team</li>
<li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li>
<li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li>
<li>excellent written and oral communication</li>
<li>accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li>
<li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

<li>be proficient in ICT and the suite of common computer applications</li>
<li>be able to work individually and in a team</li>
<li>be willing to undertake continued professional development</li>
<li>demonstrate a willingness to assist and work across agile spaces and roles within the Administration Team</li>
<li>be prepared to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleagues</li>
<li>hold a current certification in First Aid as this is <u>mandatory</u> for this role.</li>
