<p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time Executive Assistant to the COO to provide superior executive support in a range of duties and responsibilities. </p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>Providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support, you will work with a collaborative approach within the Secondary School Academic Executive Team to provide superior executive support to the Assistant Principal Students. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional experience for the College community of students, families, and staff. </p>

<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<p>You will be bringing your experience of working in an office environment providing Executive support at a senior level, possessing excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus to the fore.</p>
<p>You will be able to support a broad range of internal and external stakeholder requirements, providing Executive and administrative support to the COO. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of the COO’s office and support the ongoing success of the College’s strategic and operational priorities. </p>
<p>You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and auÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúomously as required. You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building relationships with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside of the College.</p>
<p>Candidates must:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be technically competent and confident (intermediate to high proficiency) in the MSOffice suite </li>
<li>Demonstrate experience managing complex diaries</li>
<li>Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working with the ability to adapt to changing priorities</li>
<li>Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience</li>
<li>Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills</li>
