<p><strong>About the College</strong></p> <p>As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1,300 students.</p> <p>Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Student Life Leader provides leadership and support to students and staff in the areas of community engagement, student voice, student leadership and student agency. This is achieved through sound policies, processes, programs and procedures that adhere to Government and Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools requirements.</p> <p><strong>Salary</strong></p> <p>In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.</p> <p>Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as scheduled in the CEMEA.</p> <p><strong>Attributes</strong></p> <p>Please refer to the Position Description.</p> <p><strong>Application Process</strong></p> <p>Further information regarding the application process can be found in the <strong>2026 Positions of Leadership Application Pack</strong> attached below.
