<p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>Sydney Grammar School is an independent non-denominational day school for boys. The secondary campus (7-12) is located on College Street in the city of Sydney and the two Preparatory Schools are located at Edgecliff (K-Year 6) and St Ives (Preschool-Year 6).</p> <p>Sydney Grammar School offers many benefits to our staff including paying substantially above other independent schools.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Sydney Grammar School is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated English Master (Teacher) for a temporary full-time position for one term. This position will be commencing Term I 2026 until the end of Term I 2026.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be organised, hard-working and will have excellent interpersonal skills. They must also have a comprehensive knowledge of and experience in Stage 4 and 5 English; junior and senior marking experience is valued, and the ability to teach Preliminary, Advanced and Extension 1 is preferred.</p> <p>The English department at College Street is dedicated to creating superior learning environments that encourage our pupils to achieve their highest aspirations.
