An understanding of the VCEA NCCD processes, the MACS <i>Vision for Engagement</i>, the MacKillop <i>ReLATE</i> framework and <i>Positive Behaviour for Learning</i> (PBL) is preferred.</p> <p>We are looking for a school leader who demonstrates the capacity to build nurturing, professional relationships with students, staff and parents. They must be open to professional growth and learning and be able to provide targeted support, mentoring and feedback to staff. Applicants must possess highly developed administrative and communication skills.</p> <p>Applicants must have a current VIT registration (or the capacity to gain this) and should have experience working in a Catholic school setting.
