We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team at MacKillop College, Bathurst and support with the operations of the administration function.

<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>
</p>
<p>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team at MacKillop College, Bathurst and support with the operations of the administration function. </p>
<p>In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key tasks will include: </p>
<ul>
<li>General administrative support across the College Office and Learning Centre. </li>
<li>Assistance with finance tasks, including receipting and direct debits. </li>
<li>Reception duties, including phone and counter inquiries. </li>
<li>Administrative support for student attendance. </li>
<li>Administrative tasks for uniform and stationery sales and orders. </li>
<li>First Aid support for students, including treatment of minor injuries. </li>
<li>Monitoring and managing student medication, including off-campus activities. </li>
<li>Maintaining accurate First Aid records and treatment notes. </li>
<li>Reporting serious injuries or incidents to the Office Manager. </li>
<li>Communicating with parents as required. </li>
</ul>
