<p><strong><u>About the school</u></strong></p> <p>St Josephine Bakhita is a brand new Catholic primary school in the new Five Farms estate in Clyde North and is situated 46 kilometres southeast of Melbourne鈥檚 Central Business District on the lands of the Bunurong People.</p> <p>The school is the thirty-ninth Catholic primary school in the Diocese of Sale and the second primary school in the Parish of St Thomas the Apostle.&nbsp;</p> <p>The school opened in January 2025 with an initial enrolment of 120 students. In 2026, the school will grow by 4 Foundation classes. The long-term enrolment projection for St&nbsp;Josephine鈥檚 is 700 students (100 students each year until we reach capacity).&nbsp;</p> <p>Stage 2 construction has just begun!</p> <p><strong>St Josephine Bakhita Catholic Primary School is seeking dynamic and dedicated teacher who would be interested in teaching two specialist subjects (STEM and PE) as well as a small classroom role teaching 3 hours in a junior classroom for 2026. &nbsp;The successful candidate will have the option to slowly move towards teaching one specialist area in future years as the school grows.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
