<p>The successful applicant needs to be committed to delivering a high standard of work and have a willingness to contribute to our vibrant and highly professional team, where the students are the centre of all that we do.</p> <p>Passion and enthusiasm is a characteristic we seek in all our staff.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will be required to:</p> <ul> <li>have an understanding, commitment, and support for the values and ethos of the Catholic school and the mission of the Catholic Church</li> <li>demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children in accordance with Child Safe standards</li> <li>foster and develop appropriate professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community</li> <li>collaboratively plan and work in a team with flexibility, creativity, passion and enthusiasm</li> <li>view themselves as a lifelong learner</li> <li>display initiative and commitment to ongoing improvement</li> <li>sound knowledge in managing our: <ul> <li>financial services on a day-to-day basis, such as collecting school fees and managing accounts receivable/payable</li> <li>budget management, supply procurement and payment</li> <li>general and financial administration (e.g. managing employment contracts)</li> </ul></li> <li>able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner while working with little supervision</li> <li>be adaptable and have a sense of humour</li> </ul> <p><strong>Applications close Monday 15th September at 5pm.</strong></p> <p><i>We reserve the right to interview and appoint a successful applicant before the application closing date.</i></p> <p><i>At St Elizabeth's we hold the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people as a central and fundamental responsibility of our school and expect the same of all prospective employees.</i></p>
