The Transition Coordinator will also organise the Year 7 Orientation Day, Camp and Information Nights. They will be responsible for coordinating transition from Year 7 into Year 8 and Year 8 into Year 9.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>To be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students 鈥榣earn best鈥� and have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks.
