In this newly created role, the Digital Systems Coordinator is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational support of the College鈥檚 digital platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Audio-Visual (AV) technologies, and the staged implementation of our new school management system.</p> <p>This role is integral to ensuring that our systems are effectively integrated into all aspects of the College including teaching, learning, wellbeing and school operations. The Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for system-related queries, training and troubleshooting, and plays a key role in supporting staff through digital transitions and ongoing improvements.</p> <p>To succeed in this role, we are seeking applicants with a strong understanding and proven experience working with learning management platforms and AV technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to train and support staff across varied roles within the College. You will enjoy working collaboratively with others while maintaining a high attention to detail and data accuracy in order to achieve the best outcomes and streamline processes.</p> <p>Experience in an educational setting and familiarity with platforms such as TASS, SIMON and Intellischools along with knowledge of classroom technology integration and digital pedagogy are highly desirable.</p> <p>Successful applicants must hold a valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
