O鈥機onnor Catholic College is a co-educational high school, from Years 7-12 which began in 1975 with the amalgamation of two of Armidale鈥檚 longest established schools; St Ursula鈥檚 College and De La Salle College. <p>O鈥機onnor Catholic College is seeking an English teacher and Leader of Learning. The Leader of Learning - English is responsible for leading a dynamic team whilst enhancing a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth. You will be supportive of your colleagues to review, modify and expand their teaching practices and methodology in line with pedagogical standards and outcomes. </p>
<p>The successful applicant will be able to articulate a contemporary, student-centred perspective on pedagogy and be able to show evidence of recent work to improve teacher practice, build stronger teams and improve student learning. </p>
