<p>As an Humanities and Social Sciences teacher you strive to plan, prepare and deliver rich and meaningful learning experiences focused on optimising learning outcomes for all students.</p>
<p>Your day will look like:</p>
<ul>
<li>using your experience and knowledge to inspire students with a love of learning </li>
<li>utilising effective and contemporary teaching and learning that consider the individual learning needs of students </li>
<li>supporting the Vision for Learning to grow courageous, flexible, engaged and connected learners </li>
<li>being committed to the holistic growth of students </li>
<li>working in a team of Humanities and Social Sciences teachers focused on continual improvement and the pursuit of excellence </li>
<li>effectively coordinating your pastoral care group </li>
<li>being a role model of the College's values</li>
<li>actively supporting Catholic identity and the development of faith </li>
<li>building and maintaining strong relationships based on mutual respect with students, families and peers</li>

<p>For this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration</li>
<li>a current Working with Children registration </li>
<li>to be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education </li>
<li>the ability to teach certificate courses and religious education, is prefered</li>
</ul>
