<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in administration, ideally within an education or similar busy office environment.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work auÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúomously and maintain accuracy under pressure.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Suite and confidence using databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Synergetic, VASS, Webflow).</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach to engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>A relevant qualification in Business Administration, School Administration, Education Support or equivalent experience in an educational setting.</li>
<li>An understanding of and respect for the Catholic ethos of the College.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Ideal experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in VET and VM administration (highly regarded).</li>
<li>Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Synergetic, COMPASS and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Exemplary organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a busy secondary school environment (advantageous).</li>
<li>The ability to work both auÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúomously and collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Availability to work full-time, on-site, from 8:00am – 4:06pm.</li>
<li>A lively and practical understanding of, and respect for, the Catholic ethos of the College.</li>
<li>A current (or ability to obtain) Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check prior to commencement.</li>
