St Monica's College are seeking applications for an Assistant Principal - Curriculum to join our Leadership Team. The position is a Full-Time, Fixed Term 5 Year Leadership Position with a contract date from Term 1, 2026 - 17 January 2026 to 17 January 2031 (this position holds a substantive full-time permanent teaching position within the Cairns Diocese)
<p>As part of the Leadership Team of the College, the Assistant Principal - Curriculum is responsible for curriculum development and implementation for the College. The Assistant Principal - Curriculum works collaboratively with the Leadership Team and staff to promote the college as a centre of quality learning and teaching. They encourage a climate of excellence where students are engaged and empowered to develop their knowledge, skills and capabilities and thus achieve their potential.</p>
<p>The Assistant Principal - Curriculum supports the Principal by bringing to the College a wide range of technological skills and latest educational research, knowledge and capacities. The Assistant Principal - Curriculum supports the Curriculum Middle Leadership Team with innovative ways to plan and deliver curriculum ensuring that it meets Australian Curriculum and QCAA guidelines.</p>
