You'll work closely with our Director and Educational Leader to shape meaningful learning experiences, support a small, passionate team, and build strong, positive relationships with children and families. You’re passionate about early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing space where children and educators can thrive. You bring strong organisational and interpersonal skills, enjoy mentoring others, and are confident in supporting the Director with daily operations, compliance, and team coordination. You’re ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and staff in a close-knit and values-led community.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Possesses a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved qualification.</li> <li>Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.</li> <li>Has an outstanding attention to detail.</li> <li>Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse &amp; Neglect in Education &amp; Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Sunrise Christian School ELC &amp; Whyalla</strong></p> <p>Located on the stunning Eyre Peninsula, in the heart of Whyalla Sunrise Christian School is an ELC– Year 10, coeducational school and early learning centre in a vibrant regional hub known for its cuttlefish, dolphins, and natural beauty.
