You'll work closely with our Director and Educational Leader to shape meaningful learning experiences, support a small, passionate team, and build strong, positive relationships with children and families. You’re passionate about early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing space where children and educators can thrive. You bring strong organisational and interpersonal skills, enjoy mentoring others, and are confident in supporting the Director with daily operations, compliance, and team coordination.
