<p>This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead the school community of <strong>St Paul's Catholic Primary School, Gracemere </strong>commencing January 2026. </p>
<p><strong>St Paul's Catholic Primary School, Gracemere</strong> is part of a system of kindergartens, primary schools and colleges operated by Catholic Education in the Diocese of RockhampÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú (CEDR) in rural and regional centres from Mackay, south to Bundaberg, and west to Longreach.</p>
<p>In your role as Principal, you will be supported by the staff of the Catholic Education Office in the areas of Teaching and Learning, Catholic Identity, Indigenous Education, ICT, Finance, Strategy, Business Development, Human Resources and Student Protection. </p>
<p>As Principal at St Paul's Catholic Primary School, Gracemere, you will report to the Diocesan Director Catholic Education in the Diocese of RockhampÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú through the Assistant Director: Schools (RockhampÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Region).</p>
<p>St Paul's Catholic Primary School is located in Gracemere, ten kilometres west of the city of RockhampÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú. The school was established in 1988 by Bishop Bernard Wallace to service a rapidly growing community and has expanded its programs and facilities to cater for its current enrolment of approximately 321 students from Prep to Year Six.</p>
<p>The school motto, 'Living, Loving and Learning' reflects the vision that 'we endeavour to create an inclusive, compassionate environment in which we live, love and learn.' The mission is to be a community that witnesses to the values of Christ by respecting and nurturing each person's talents.
