The right person will be:</p> <p>Dynamic&nbsp;– You are highly motivated, energetic and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.<br> Engaging&nbsp;- You love working with people and have mastered the art of influencing positive outcomes and building relationships and achieving enrolment targets<br> Productive&nbsp;– You love multi-tasking projects with short deadlines, whilst maintaining high-quality output<br> Innovative&nbsp;– You will be a proactive strategic thinker and planner who can respond to the needs of prospective families</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and personalised experience for prospective students and their families</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow student enrolments across the College</li> <li>Initiate and drive improvements to enhance the enrolment process and experience</li> <li>Create and coordinate promotional initiatives to strengthen engagement with the local community</li> <li>Represent the College at internal and external events, including presenting to prospective families and community groups</li> <li>Contribute to the College’s marketing and communications efforts to effectively promote the College’s identity and offering</li> <li>Conduct enrolment analysis, forecasting, and data-informed reporting to support strategic decision-making</li> <li>Monitor and achieve enrolment targets in line with College goals</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and ensure timely and compliant statistical and enrolment reporting</li> </ul> <p>Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter using the below link.
