Today, a dedicated and professional staff team carry on the spirit and traditions of our founders, the Sisters of Saint Joseph.&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications are invited from suitably experienced applicants for the following position</p> <p><strong>Utility Officer</strong><br> 25 hrs per week&nbsp;<br> Part-Time Ongoing</p> <p>The school is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Utility Officers who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.</p> <p>To be eligible applicants require:</p> <ul> <li>High level interpersonal and organisational skills</li> <li>A willingness to work in a team environment</li> <li>Experience in maintenance, gardens, grounds and general cleaning</li> <li>Experience in WHS practices an advantage</li> <li>Ability to organise and communicate with contractors/businesses</li> <li>Current or willingness to acquire and maintain a Satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration.</li> </ul> <p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.</p> <p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.&nbsp; The successful candidate will require satisfactory registrations relevant to child safety.</p> <p>We demonstrate our commitment to reconciliation by encouraging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply.</p> <p>Full details on how to apply can be found in the Application Package.
