We are seeking an experienced Educator, preferably within a Secondary setting, to help us shape the future of education particularly on the conversation around consent and maintaining healthy personal relationships through the lens of the Catholic values and ethos.

<p><strong><u>Respectful Relationships Learning Partner</u></strong></p> <p>With students at the centre of everything we do, our purpose is to inspire their hearts and minds to know Christ, and to use their talents to be the best they can be.</p> <p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore as well as the Central Coast, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with&nbsp;around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12<strong>.</strong></p> <p>Under the leadership of Bishop Anthony, we are absolutely committed to being at least as good as the very best and achieving our clear Vision of:<i> ‘Authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion’</i>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Educator, preferably within a Secondary setting,&nbsp;</strong>to help us shape the future of education particularly on the conversation around consent and maintaining healthy personal relationships through the lens of the Catholic values and ethos.</p> <p>This is a temporary part-time position working 0.2 FTE commencing in July until the end of 2025.</p> <p><strong>Application Process&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Applications for the <strong>Respectful Relationships Learning Partner</strong> position must include:</p> <ol> <li>A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing the key criteria of:</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Understanding and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>A strong understanding of current research and practice in the field of children and adolescent mental health, wellbeing, and education.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.<br> &nbsp;</li> <li> <p>Proficient in the use of technology to enhance educator learning</p> <p>2.
